	1lb beef
	onion
	okra16oz stewed tomatoes
	carrots
	celery
	potatoe
	16oz stewed tomatoes
	16oz whole tomatoes
	3.5c water

	5 beef boulion
	parsley
	basil
	salt pepper
	corn
	french green beans
	macaroni


Instructions


cook meat and drain. add everything simmer 40min, but corn, beans, cooked macaroni
