18.25oz Sun-Maid raisin bran muffin mix
2 egg whites
1.25c grated zucchini
1/4c unsweetened applesauce
3/1c applejuice
cinnamon
1c raisins
 
Instructions
Combine all ingredients pour into muffin cups and bake 400 for 20min
