     Country Fried Steak

Ingredients
1.5c flour
salt pepper
8 4oz round steaks ran through cubing machine
Seasoning:
2c muttermilk
seasoning salt
2/3c veggie oil
salt
1 quart whole milk
 
onion

Instructions
Combine 1.5c flour and pepper
sprinkle meat with seasoning and dredge meat in buttermilk and flour.
Heat 1/2c oil in skillet on med-high add steak and brown 5-6min each side.
Gravy: add 2T flour to drippings add pepper and salt. Reduce heat slowly add milk. Add onions and steak.
