8 oz. unsweetened chocolate (1oz.squares or chips)
1 cup butter
5 eggs
3 cups sugar
1 tbls. vanilla
1.5 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
2.5 cups pecans or walnuts (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 13x9 pan.
Melt chocolate and butter in a saucepan over low heat; set aside. Mix: beaten eggs, sugar, vanilla at high speed for 10 minutes. Blend in chocolate mixture, flour, and salt until just mix. Stir in nuts. Pour into greased pan.
Bake for 35-40 minute (Don't Overbake!). Cool and cut into bars. Frost if desired.

This is a cross between a cakey brownie and a fudgy brownie. It is my favorite brownie recipe.
