     Cumin Chicken Breast with Guacamole Sauce

Ingredients
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1/4 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp lime juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp cumin
1/8 tsp ground red pepper
1 avacado, mashed
For chicken:
 
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
4 chicken breasts (6 oz)

Instructions
Make sauce with first eight ingredients and set aside. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine sugar, cumin, salt & pepper and sprinkle evenly over chicken.
Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray and cook chicken on each side for 3 minutes. Place on baking pan and bake in oven for 10 minutes. Serve with sauce.
