Combine the dry mix ingredients thoroughly and store in a tightly
covered container.
To serve, spoon about 4 tbsp of the mix (or to taste) into a mug.
Fill with boiling water and mix well.
You can also use equivalent amounts of sugar substitute for the
sugar, and malted milk powder in place of the creamer makes a
richer tasting chocolate.
