Spray 1 loaf or 5 mini-loaf pans with oil and preheat oven to 350
degrees.

Mix all ingredients for bread. Pour into pan(s) and bake for 60
minutes (or, for mini-loaves, pour 1 cup batter into each of the 5
pans and bake for 35-45 minutes). Bread is done when toothpick comes
out clean.

|
While bread is baking, mix ingredients for glaze in a medium saucepan
and heat until sugar dissolves. Set aside.
|
|
|
While bread is still warm, prick top of loaves with fork. Pour glaze
over bread. Let cool.
