1 pound boneless top round or sirlion, cut into thin strips
Flour tortillas (8 to 10 inch) warmed
½ cup shredded monterey jack cheese
2 cups refried beans
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 ½ cup shredded lettuce
1 cup salsa

Instructions
in medium plastic bowl. combine onion, molasses, oil, lime juice,chili powder, oregano and garlic.
mix well. add steak, stir to coat. cover marinate 4 to 6 hours or overnightm stirring occasionally.
in lagrge skillet stiy-fry meat mixture 5 minutes or until brown. to serve place meat in center ,of each tortilla, top with cheese, refried beans, tomatoes, lettuce, and salsa. fold up tortilla.
