Ingredients
1 pint double cream
8 egg yolks
75g castor sugar
any other flavourings
 

Instructions
heat cream till simmer in a heavy bottom based pan.whisk together the yolks and sugar, whisk in the cream, add this back to the pan and cook untill it thickens.
pour the mix in to ramakins
Serving Suggestions
you could put whatever flavour into this , i like to use fresh raspberrys,whisky and toasted oatmeal to make a cranacchan creme brulee
