     Stuffed Red Peppers

Ingredients
4lg red bell peppers
1lb ground beef
onion
garlic, beef boullion
1c cooked rice
cheese
1/2c salsa
1/2c sour cream
1c diced tomatoes
 

Instructions
Cook meat and onion in garlic, boullion and seasoning. Add rice, cheese, sour cream, tomatoe
cut peppers in half and remove seeds stuff peppers. Put peppers in 1c boiling water and beef boullion in dish. Cover and bake 350 for 25min remove foil and bake for 10 minutes pour juice over peppers
