Tex-Mex Meatloaf

Ingredients

	1lb ground beef
	1lb Italian Sausage
	10oz Rotel tomatoes
	1/2c red pepper
	1 egg
	salt and pepper
	1c crushed tortilla chips
	salsa


Instructions


Mix all ingredients add chips Bake 400 for 50min. Top with salsa
