     Gram E's Artichoke Fritata

Ingredients
3 green onions
1 large clove garlic
2 6 oz jars artichoke hearts
4 eggs
1 Tbl parsley
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp tabasco
1/4 tsp oregano
 
1/4 c bread crumbs (GF good too)
1/2 lb cheddar cheese, grated
Instructions
Saute finely chopped green onions and minced garlic in the marinade from the artichoke hearts. Chop the hearts into small pieces and add.
beat 4 eggs and add to the pan. Add rest of the ingredients, pour into a well greased 9x11 pan and bake at 325 for 40 minutes.
