     Chicken Piccata

Ingredients
4 boned chicken breasts, pounded thin
1/2 c flour
1/4 c butter
1 Tbl olive oil
4 Tbl dry white wine
3 Tbl lemon juice
capers to garnish
 

Instructions
Flour chicken. Saute in butter and olive oil, 2.5 minutes each side, remove from pan. Add wine and lemon juice to the pan butter and stir 1 minute. Return chicken to pan and warm on lo heat until sauce thickens. Garnish with capers and serve.
