Ingredients
3 large onions chopped fine
2 tbs vegetable oil
2 large cans tomato SAUCE (29oz each)
1 tbs dried parsley
3 - 19oz cans CANELLINI beans, drained
salt to taste
2 BAGS OF DITTILLINI - PASTA
 

Instructions
saute chopped onions in oil till very clear.
add tomato sauce PLUS one can of water using an empty sauce can. now bring to a boil. stir alot while bringing to boil so as not to burn the sauce.
when up to a boil, reduce to simmer half hour on low.. stir for a bit now and again...then, add beans, stir, and simmer half hour more on low..
make AS MUCH AS YOU NEED OF DITILLINI (pasta) separately when you start the final half hour simmer for the sauce and it will all be ready at the same time... THIS DOES TASTE BEST IF YOU LET THE SAUCE SIT FOR ONE DAY IN THE FRIDGE...
