     Meatball Soup

Ingredients
4 cans (15 1/2 oz. each) Swenson's beef broth
2 Tbs. dried onion
3/8 tsp. garlic powder
2-4 c. water
12 med. carrots, chopped
12 ribs celery, chopped
2 cans (15 1/2 oz. each) garbanzo beans
2 cans (16 oz. each) Lady Lee stewed tomatoes (blended)
 
1 1/2 #ground beef
1 egg beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
4 Tbs. parsley

Instructions
Bring all above to boil. Drop in 20 meatballs from 1 1/2 # ground beef. Optional to combine with beef: 1 1/2 # ground beef, 1 egg beaten, 1/2 tsp. salt, 4 Tbs. parsley
Boil together about 10 minutes (optional): Add 3 zucchini (cut and quartered) to boiling broth last 2 min.
Enjoy with hot French Bread! Good to freeze too.
