Heat oven to 325 degrees. Place shrimp in the bottom of an 8x8 baking dish. Place the butter in a microwave safe bowl and add the four pieces of garlic. Cover. Cook at high power for 45 seconds to one minute to melt. Remove the garlic pieces.
Add thyme, chervil and parsley to the melted butter. Add butter mixture, a small amount at a time, to the bread crumbs until you have a crumbly mixture. Pour the remaining butter over the shrimp.
Sprinkle the buttered bread crumbs over the shrimp. Place the baking dish in the over (325 degrees) for 15 to 20 minutes.
Can be served over pasta. The recipe is easily doubled. Enjoy!
