Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 cloved garlic minced
1 16-ounce can tomatoes, cut up
1 8-ounce can tomatoe sauce
1 6-ounce can tomatoe paste
2 teaspoons dried basil, crushed
1 teaspoon salt
8 ounces lasagna noodles
 
1 tablespoon cooking oil
2 eggs
21/2 small curd cottage cheese
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes
1 pound mozzarella cheese,thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cook meat, onion, and garlic till meat is browned. Keep cooking till fat is gone. Stir in the undrained tomatoes and tomatoe sauce, tomatoe paste, and basil. Cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring often.
While step #1 is cooking cook the noodles till tender in boiling salted water with cooking oil added to water. drain and rinse noodles when ready.
Beat eggs, cottage cheese, parnesan, parsley, salt, and pepper. Layer half pf of noodles in a 13 times 9 times 2-inch. baking dish,spread with half of the cottage cheese filling, half of the mozzarella cheese filling, and half of the meat sauce. Repeat layers. Sprinkle the remaning parmesan on top.
Bake in a 375 degree oven for 35 minutes. when done let sit for 10 minutes till serving.
