     Caramel Apple Cake

Ingredients
3c flour
1tsp baking soda
1/4tsp salt
1tsp cinnamon
3eggs
2c sugar
1.5c veggie oil
3c peeled chopped apples(Fuji or Gala)
1c walnuts
 
1/2c raisins
2tsp vanilla
Caramel Glaze:
1c brown sugar
1/4c milk
1 stick butter
Instructions
Mix all ingredients add in apples, walnuts, and raisins. Pour batter in pound cake dish
Bake 350 for 1hr 15min. Pour topping over cake
