     Spicy Chicken Wings

Ingredients
64 Buffalo Wings
2 tsp Olive Oil
2 tsp cayenne
2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp dill
1/4 tsp cumin
 
2 Tbsp GF balsamic vinegar
8oz apricot preserves
1 Tbsp GF Soy Sauce

Instructions
GF means Gluten Free ingredients required for making this gluten free and it can be done. Preheat broiler. In a bowl, combine the oil, cayenne, paprika, salt, pepper and pepper flakes.
Add the wings and turn until well coated. Place wings on a broiler pan rack; broil, turning occasionally, about 20 minutes or until crisp and golden.
In a small bowl, stir together the dill, cumin, vinegar, preserves and soy sauce; serve as a dipping sauce with the wings.
Serving Suggestions
Probably a little less wings so they are coated!
