Brown chopped onion, bell pepper, ground beef. Drain and combine beaten egg, cream style corn and milk. Pour into meet mixture and mix up.
Prepare two envelopes cornbread mix. Pour half of the cornbread batter into a greased pan and pour in all of the beef mixture. Layer with shredded cheese and top with the other half of cornbread mixture.
Put shredded cheese over top. Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes
