In large saucepan, combine Lipton Onion Soup Mix and spaghetti with water; cook 20 minutes or until spaghetti is tender. Do not drain. In large skillet, brown meat; stil in tomato sauce and tomato paste, parsley, oregano and basil. Add to onion soup-spaghetti in the saucepan and heat through.
