1 - 32 oz pkg frozen hash brown or shredded potatoes, thawed
3/4 cup butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 - 10 3/4 oz can Cream of Chicken soup
8oz sour cream
1 cup (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups Corn Flakes
Instructions
Combine potatoes, 1/2 cup butter, onions, Cream of Chicken soup and cheese. Still well. Spoon into greased 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Crush Corn Flakes and stir in remaining butter. Sprinkle over potato mixture. Bake 350 for 50 minutes.
