     Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients
1-lg pkg (2lb) frozen hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of potato soup
1 8oz bag of shredded cheese (sharp)
1 8oz carton sour cream
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
salt & pepper
 

Instructions
Mix all together, except for the parmesan cheese. Put in a 21/2 quart casserole dish. Dot with butter and sprinke with parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered for 1hr. at 350.
