     Mozarella Puffs

Ingredients
1 tube (7 1/2 oz.) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
1 tsp. dried oregano
mozzarella cheese
2-ish TBSP pizza sauce
 
Instructions
Make an indentation in the center of each biscuit; sprinkle with oregano.
Cut the mozzarella into 10 3/4 inch cubes. Place a cube int her center of each biscuit. Pinch edough tightly around the cheese to seal.
Place seam side down on a n ungreased baking sheet. Spread pizza sauce over tops. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
