2Tbsp. finely chopped onion
|

1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
|

2 Tbsp butter
|

3 cups frozen cut green beans, thawed and drained

1/2 cup chicken broth
|

1/8 tsp salt

1/8 tsp pepper
|

Instructions |

|
In a large skillet, saute onion and garlic in butter for 2-3 minutes or until onion is crisp tender.
Add the beans, broth, salt and pepper
|

Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 8-10 minutes or until beans are crisp-tender.
