2 cans of tuna (white albacore is good) or plain/cheap
8 oz egg noodles
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup or 1 big one
4 oz of sour cream
1 small can of mushrooms (optional)
Instructions
following noodle directions, boil water and add the noodles. Set timer for 10 minutes.
In a medium size saucepan, stir the cream of mushroom soup (do not make the soup!), sour cream, tuna (drained) and mushrooms (drained).
Heat on medium low while the noodles are cooking (about 10 minutes until hot.
Drain the noodles. Put noodles on your plate and top it off with a nice serving of the creamed tuna.

2. Double the noodles and add a extra can of soup for 4.
