4C Chicken Broth
|
|
4C Peeled/Cubed Potatoes (6 too much, try 4-1/2 to 5)

1/4C Minced Onion
|
|
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
|
|
1/4 tsp. white pepper
|
|
1/8 ground red pepper (Use less to not have such a kick)

1-8 oz. pkg cream cheese cut into chunks
|

Instructions |
|
|
Combine broth, potatoes, onion, and spices. Boil on medium heat until potatoes are tender.
|

Smash a few of the potatoes to release their starch for thickening. Reduce to low heat and add cream cheese.

Heat through, stirring frequently until cheese melts.
