3/4 C Kool-Aid Lemonade Flavor Sugar-Sweetened Soft Drink Mix (Divided)
1/2C Water
1C Sour Cream (Recipe calls for Breakstone's or Knudsen)
4 Eggs
1/2C Oil
Grated peel from 2 med lemons divided
2T Water
1C Powdered Sugar
1 Pint blueberries (about 2C)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Place cake mix, 1/2C of dry soft drink mix, 1/2C Water, sour cream, eggs, oil, and half of lemon peel in lg bowl.
Beat with mixer on low for 1 min. Beat on med speed for 4 min. Pour into greased 12C fluted tube pan.
Bake 50 min or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack 5 min; invert cake onto rack. Cool completely.
Place cake on serving plate. Mix remaining 1/4C dry soft drink mix and 2T water in med bowl. Gradually add powdered sugar, stirring with wire whisk until well blended. Drizzle over cake. Spoon blueberries into center and around bottom of cake. Sprinkle with remaining lemon peel.

Suggestions
Substitute lemon flavor cake mix or thawed frozen strawberries instead of blueberries.
