     Mongolian Beef Marinade

2 Tbs Plum Sauce
2 Tbs Ketchup
2 Tbs Chili Sauce
 
Instructions
Mix ingediants together. Double recipe if you have a lot of meat.
I have marinaded flank steak, chicken, pork, beef, red snapper and shrimp. All were delicious!
Serving Suggestions
Use as Marinade and brush on meat during grilling. I did put the Red Snapper in a foil pouch with the marinade and placed on grill.
