     Zucchini Nut bread

Ingredients
3 eggs
3/4 cup oil
2 cups sugar
2 cups grated zucchini
3 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1/4 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
 
1 cup chopped walnuts
2 teaspoons of vanilla
Instructions
combine eggs, oil , sugar, and vanilla mix well sift dry ingredients add to mixture. stir in zucchini and nuts.
pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans bake at 325 for 45- 60 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean
