a package of chicken breasts, thighs, or drumsticks
one package of dry onion soup mix
one small bottle of dressing- Italian, Asian Sesame, or Russian
one small jar of fruit jam- peach, orange, passion fruit...

Instructions
Heat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, mix together the jam, onion soup mix, and dressing.
Arrange the chicken in a 9x13 inch casserole. Pour the sauce over the chicken. Could marinate overnight, but not necessary.
Bake covered with foil for 1 hour. Take the cover off, baste with the sauce, and turn over the chicken. Bake about 30 more minutes until the chicken is brown and tender.

Serve over cooked rice.
