     Rosemary Orange Marinade

Ingredients
1 T freshly grated Orange Peel
1 T Olive Oil
1/4 C finely chopped Rosemary Leaves
(or 2 T dried Rosemary Leaves)
1/2 C Orange Juice
2 T Balsamic Vinegar
1 C canned Chicken Broth
 

Instructions
This recipe makes enough to use for 2 lbs. of poultry or fish.
Note: Refrigerate food when using this marinade, and discard any leftover marinade to avoid harmful bacteria.
