     Horseradish Creme

Servings   2 cups

Ingredients
1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup prepared horseradish, drained
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
pinch of sugar
salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
 

Instructions
Whip the cream in a bowl until it forms soft peaks.
In a seperate bowl, combine the mayonnaise, horseradish, and mustard.
Using a rubber spatula, fold in the whipped cream.
Add the sugar, salt, and pepper. Stir well and transfer to a serving bowl.
Serving Suggestions
Serve chilled, but can be warm
