     Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
1 can gren chiles, chopped with liquid
1 cup sour cream
2-3 cups chopped cooked chicken
1/4 cup minced onion
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 

Instructions
Mix cream of chicken soup, green chiles, and sour cream. Spread 1/4 mixture on bottom of 9 by 13 pan, save the other 3/4 to spread on top.
Mix chicken, onion, and cheese. Roll 1/8 mixture in flour tortilla shells and place in sauce in pan. Cover with remaining sauce.
Bake for 30 minutes, uncovered in 350 degrees in oven. Top with 1 cup shredded cheese and bake 10 minutes longer.
Serving Suggestions
Serve hot.
