Brown ground turkey and drain if needed. Add tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes and chili seasoning. (I leave out the salt, thickening agent and only add about 1/2 of the chili seasoning). Bring to a slow boil then reduce to simmer for about 30 minutes.
Serve with either brown rice, cornbread or baked tortilla chips.
