     Black N' Blue Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup of berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, etc)
1 cup of soda water (carbonated water)
2 tbsp of honey
1 tsp of lemon juice (preferably fresh)
 

Instructions
Place all ingredients into your blender.
Cover the blender with hand and whiz on medium speed until well blended.
Pour into two drinking glasses and enjoy.
