     Pineapple Cake

Ingredients
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can crushed pineapple (& juice)
Icing:
8 oz softened crème cheese
 
1 stick margarine
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
Combine dry ingredients first; add eggs, vanilla, & pineapple. Stir until everything is blended well. Pour into 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes
Icing: Mix together, pour over hot cake that has holes punched in top with large fork (icing soaks better into cake).
