Rub drumettes with garlic salt. Preheat oven to 350*. Put cornstarch in one bowl and blended eggs in another. Heat oil in pan on stove top; roll drumettes in cornstarch then in eggs. Fry in hot oil until golden brown (10 minutes). Drain on paper towel. Layer in 9 x 13 pan for 2 packages or 8 x 8 for 1 package.
