     Salmon and Cream Sauce

Ingredients
12 ounces of skin less Salmon cut into bite size chunks
4 tbsp of butter
1 cup heavy cream
4 tbsp of cream cheese
Zest of 1 medium lemon
1 tbsp of basil (fresh chopped)
salt and pepper to taste
Served over your favorite pasta
Topped with fresh grated Parmesan cheese
 

Instructions
Start your pasta water and cook per instructions.
In a large sauce pan melt butter and add salmon and cook about 3 minutes. Add the cream cheese and heavy cream and blend together making sure the cream cheese melts. Add your lemon zest and basil and salt and pepper to taste and simmer on low for about 5 minutes. Serve over your plated pasta and sprinkle with cheese and serve.
