     Fruit Cocktail Cake

Ingredients
2 Eggs
1 1/2 cups Sugar
2 cups Sifted flour
1 can Fruit Cocktail
2 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Vanilla
Topping
1 1/2 cups Sugar
 
1/2 stick margarine
1 small can Pet evaporated milk
1 tsp Vanilla
Flaked coconut

Instructions
Stir all cake ingredients together. DO NOT BEAT. Bake in ungreased 9x13 pan at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
Combine topping ingredients (except for coconut) and boil for 2 minutes. Pour over cake while still hot, and sprinkle with coconut.
