     Pina Colada Cake

Ingredients
1 yellow deluxe cake mix
2 eggs
1 cup water
1 small can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 cup flaked coconut
1 can Eagle brand milk
1 can cream of coconut
9 oz. coll whip
 
Instructions
Mix cake and bake 30 to 40 minutes in a 9 x 13 greased and floured pan. Punch a lot of holes in the top of the cake.
Mix the Eagle brand milk with the can of cream of coconut. Pour over cake while hot. Let stand until cool.
Mix the 1 cup of coconuts with the 9 oz. of cool whip and the small can of drained crushed pineapple. Top the cake with mixture and serve.
