     Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
1/4 cup butter
10 oz package frozen spinach
14 oz can artichoke hearts, drain & chop
2 8oz pkgs cream cheese
2 16oz containers sour cream
1 cup Parmesan cheese
garlic salt
 

Instructions
Melt butter in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in spinach & artichoke, cook for 5 minutes until tender.
Stir in cream cheese & sour cream.
Stir in Parmesan & garlic salt.
Cook 10-15 minutes until melted & thickened. Serve warm
Serving Suggestions
Warm w/ cut up crusty bread
