     Fried Zucchini

Ingredients
zucchini
flour
egg
pasta/tomato sauce
parmesan cheese
vegetable oil to fry in
 
Instructions
Cut zucchini into slices. Dredge the zucchini through flour & then through the egg
Fry in vegetable oil until brown. Put on a plate (on paper towel to absorb oil.)
Top with a dollop of pasta sauce & a sprinkle of Parmesan
