     Salmon party log

Ingredients
1 - 1 pd can of Salmon [2 cups]
1- 8oz package of cream cheese
1 T lemon juice
2 tsp grated onion
1 tsp horseradish
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp liquid smoke
1/2 cup chopped pecans
3 T chopped parsley
 
Instructions
Drain and flake salmon, removing skin and bones. Combine with next 6 ingredients and mix thoroughly. Chill several hours.
Combine pecans and parsley and place on a sheet of foil. Shape salmon into an 8 x 2" log. Roll in nut mixture.
Chill well until ready to serve.
Pass the crackers!
