Preheat to 375 degrees.
Combine ground meat, egg, onion, 1/2 of tomato sauce and crumbs. Season w/ salt & pepper and mix well. Press into loaf pan & make deression in the center.

In a small bowl combine the remaining 1/2 of tomato sauce, vinegar, mustard, brown sugar & water. Mix until sugar is dissolved and pour over meatloaf (per Cassie, don't pour it all, reserve some for basting)
