2 racks baby back ribs ( 2 1/2 lbs)

1/2 cup steak sauce
|
|
1/2 cup bourbon or dark beer
|
|
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
|
|
1/4 cup dark brown sugar
|
|
1 tsp dijon mustard
|
|
2 pinches red pepper flakes
|
|
salt
|

Instructions |

|
Combine all ingredients well.
Preheat oven @ 350
Cut ribs in half, rub ribs w/ half the sauce, keeping the rest for bbq-ing or dipping
|

Put in 11x13 pan, cover tightly w/ foil and bake for an hour.
|
|
|
on grill, 10 min w/ more sauce
|
|
