In large pot and on med-high heat, add your chopped tomatoes and liquid and then add the 4 cans of tomato sauce rinsing the can out with about 1/2 can of water in each can. (About 2 full cans of water to be used). Add the can of mushrooms and the liqued in the can for flavor. No add your ground beef and vegetables. Add italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil and then turn down to a low simmer and cook about 3-4 hours allowing water to cook off and sauce to become as thick as a spaghetti sauce.
