     Blueberry Pecan Crumble

Ingredients
4 oz pecan pieces (approx 1 cup)
1 cup all purpose flour
1 1/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup packed dark brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
1 stick (8 tbsp) butter cut-small pieces
2 pts fresh blueberries
1/2 lemon juiced
 
2 tbsp flour
3 tbsp sugar

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put all topping ingredients (pecans, flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt and butter) in a bowl and rub together with hands until it sticks in small clumps
Pour berries into a 9x13 pan. Squeeze lemon juice over berries, sprinkle flour & sugar over them and toss until they are coated with sugar
Scatter topping over berries. Bake until topping is brown and juice is bubbling. (Approx 45-50 minutes)
Serving Suggestions
warm w/ vanilla ice cream
