1 stick margarine
½ c shortning
2 cups sugar
5 egg yolks
1 c buttermilk
1 t soda
2 c flour
1 c cocoanut
vanilla
Fold in beaten egg whites
Bake 350 for 35 min.
Icing:
8 oz cream cheese
1 stick margarine
1 lb powdered sugar
vanilla
1 c nuts
