1 box cake mix (yellow)
cut in 1 stick butter
In another bowl
8 oz cream cheese
2 eggs
1 box powdered sugar
In pan put 2/3 of cake mixture in pan, cover with cream mixture, remaining crumbs on top bake 35-45 @ 350.
